Medical research continues to find that yoga is good for what ails you. As little as one class per week can make a real improvement in chronic problems. And if you’re already well, yoga can help keep your body balanced, flexible and fit for your favorite activities.

This Wednesday evening (Jan this article. 12, 5:45pm) Alison will begin teaching a short, four week introductory course. The course is an ideal opportunity for new beginners to get a real experience of yoga without too much money or commitment. Students who enjoy the program and want to continue will be able to join any of the regular beginning classes and finish out the session for a prorated amount. Alison will repeat this course again, February 16 – March 9.
